SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are shipped within 1 business day (except for Beer Club orders which are shipped on the 15th of each month). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

If you have not received an order within 10 working days (except subscription orders), please notify us by email at info@ingrainedculture.com.au.

We use Fastway Couriers as our main courier partner, however, may use other delivery partners (Sendle and Australia Post) from time to time. Average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed) are below: 

Albury:  1 day

Melbourne:  1 – 2 days

VIC other than Melbourne:  2 – 3 business days

ACT:  2 – 3 days

Sydney:  2 – 3 days

NSW other than Sydney:  2 – 4 business days

Adelaide:  2 – 3 days

SA other than Adelaide:  3 – 4 days

Brisbane:  2 – 3 days

South East QLD:  2 – 3 business days

QLD other than South East:  3 – 6 business day

Perth:  4 – 6 days

WA other than Perth:  5 – 7 days

Tasmania:  4 – 5 business days

We offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide. We also offer free local delivery within Albury and Wodonga, and some surrounding areas.

Pricing for beer club memberships are $10 Australia wide unless stated otherwise (e.g. some regional areas and WA will be more expensive).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.

If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field “company”.

All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.

If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Fastway/Sendle/Australia Post outlet.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Should redelivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided, parcel refusal by the recipient, or the parcel not having been picked from the local Post Office/delivery outlet a redelivery fee will be charged.

Orders are dispatched once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the items for a full refund. The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender.

If the items you are returning are beers please return all bottles, including empties. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers they must be in an unused and saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Ingrained Culture.

Please ensure the following information is included so your return can be processed:
– Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email).
– Your name and address.
– A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return.

Please note: Alcohol deliveries cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years.
