If ever a beer was made for the season, then you’re looking at it. Bridge Road's brew team hand cut 4 tonnes of watermelon for this brew. Yes, you read that correctly 4 tonnes, that's about 700 watermelons!
Wild Pilsner was made in collaboration with Toper Boehm of Wildflower Brewing and Blending from Marrickville, Sydney. Bridge Road took 500 litres of lagering Chestnut Pilsner and transferred it to two inert French Oak barrels, to which Wildflowers house blend was added.

Say hello to the first ever batch of Bridge Road Brewers dark beer staple ‘Robust Porter’ in cans. Featuring some new art and sleek black finish. Robust Porter strikes the perfect balance between light roast, nuttiness and subtle sweetness. It pours a deep brown with an off white head and a medium body.
With a pale golden hue and a creamy body, Cadbrewery is a white milk stout brewed for tipplers with a sweet tooth and a wicked sense of humour. Delicate tendrils of caramel blend with cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose to recreate the caramelised white chocolate flavour of the iconic Aussie confection.
To craft this full flavoured and hearty smoked beer, our brewers used a blend of Australian Mountain Ash, Red Gum and German Beechwood malt to give this iconic beer a warm, malty flavour and a delicious barbecue aroma.

As part of Bridge Road Brewers annual harvest festival, The High Country Hop, Range Brewing, and Sailors Grave Brewing joined them in Beechworth for their annual ‘Beer Glamp’ collaborative brew. Together, they came up with 3 1/2 Ideas, a DDH Oat Cream Mango Pale Ale.

The third beer in Bridge Road Brewers bi-monthly IPA series is a nod to the haze craze, with a Bridge Road twist. Pouring with a milky, golden glow in your glass, There’s huge aromas: Of stone fruit from the Idaho-7, some big floral notes courtesy of Loral and mega citrus feels courtesy of modern classic, Citra. The mouthfeel is soft and the finish is long and medium dry.
She’s back again – Bright Brewery’s Raspberry Sweetart Sour Ale! Kettle-soured with friendly Lactobacillus, the addition of raspberry puree in kettle and in maturation has made this beautiful Sweetart into a refreshing and well-balanced raspberry sour with delectable raspberry flavour and aroma.
